I only stay at Courtyards when I travel for work. I do that because I prefer consistency when I'm away from home. This one was not quite as well kept as the average courtyard, and it was a bit tired. The staff however was superior! They were so kind and friendly, and every time you'd walk past they would give a happy cheerful greeting. I loved it! They are all full of smiles. This is a great Courtyard to stay at, hopefully they've got it in their budget to do some upgrades and some repairs to an otherwise great place.

I’m sorry to see some others had unpleasant experiences, I had a great stay. Room was clean and well kept, staff was very nice, and it is an excellent location. I do agree with another reviewer that the cafe (or whatever it’s called) inside was a bit pricey for the food and beverages they serve. But hey, that’s convenience right? I’ll stay here again 💯

WOW! I'd like to not take away the fact that it's a decent place. But, NO breakfast unless you BUY!! NO MICROWAVE in the room. Why are there ZERO trash cans in the front of building, lobby, or near ice machine 3rd floor for us to throw away the trash? Lastly, why give me the option of Mobile Key if I still have to waste my time stopping by the front lobby? Others chains or Marriott's do not hassle me with any of these inconveniences.

I think 3 stars is a bit generous, but is probably the closest rating I would go with. The staff is friendly, and the location was good for my needs, however the facility is pretty run down. The work out room equipment is missing key components needed to use, for example, they have a nice cable rack system but no handles or attachments to actually use it. They have a lovely pool and jacuzzi, however they're both at 60 degrees since the jacuzzi is broken and remained so for the entire week I stayed here. The room was clean, however the AC/Heat pump leaked water all over the floor from a plugged drain, and the sink appeared to be plugged. I reported both, but neither was repaired in the remaining 2 days I was here. Very disappointing. It appears maintenance is a low priority. I will likely choose somewhere else next visit.

Gloria is literally the best employee, she’s kind, sweet, and helpful! The property is clean, and nicely located next to eatery’s and shopping. Best bang for your buck

I’ve had issues at this hotel in the past but last night I had ants in my room. They were everywhere from the bathroom to the vanity to the bed to the dresser. Zero empathy or apologies from the staff. Just clueless zombies working here. I told them about it and the only response was “ok”.
